This Morning I Woke With Violent Stomach Pain That Behaved

This morning I woke with violent stomach pain that behaved like menstrual pains on steroids, low in the front belly and it was difficult to get out of bed. I lay sweating profusely doubled on the floor of the bathroom alternating dry-heaving and dry-pooping until it slowly subsided. While it was going on I was scared and laying making plans to call an ambulance, it was that painful, but the pain subsided I have since gone gingerly about my day without further issue other than a little stomach bloat and tenderness. I am a 47 year old healthy, fit woman. What does this sound like?
