This Morning After Getting Out Of The Shower I Had

This morning after getting out of the shower i had bent over to comb my hair it is long I had sudden weakness in my shoulders arms I think a bit of tingling as well lasted about 5-10 minutes I am 55 if good health not over weight workout ..eat well no drugs very little alcohol... This had happened before a couple times in the last say 6 years all of the times I have been internalizing a lot of stress. Thank you
