This Morning After Waking Up A Had A Terrible Stomach

This morning after waking up a had a terrible stomach pain, I had a bowel movement, between diarrhea and solid, very painful, extreme cold sweating and fainting. It lasted for about 45 minutes, then I felt fine although very weak. I should add that I just returned from a 2 week trip to South America.
