This Morning I Was Awaken To A Buzzing In My

This morning i was awaken to a buzzing in my ears. Lately, i had notice i would get dizzy at times for no known reason. Allergy season has been tough on me this year with the running nose and headaches.
The buzzing noise in my ears worries me. I have ear drops for a previous ear irritation i had suff r ed when i had a cold, so I just instilled 4 drops. I noticed that behinf my left ear its tender and as day progressed i have a bit of pain. Im just afraid this buzzing will not go away. Is the buzzing noise related to the pain?
