This Morning When I Took My Shower, I Noticed On

This morning when I took my shower, I noticed on my lower right side of my stomach 6 red dot and 4 others scattered lower in the same area. They feel like little dots, they itch a little, but not enough to bother me. They are very red, I don't see anything in the center of them.
