This Morning When I Took My Shower,, When The Warm

This morning when i took my shower,, when the warm water(not hot water) hit my back,, it felt like a bunch of needles along the middle of my back,, hurts so bad that i cant even take the pain when the water hits the area? Is it possibly the beginnings of shingles,, there is no visible rash.
