This Occurred Twice Within A Two Week Period. Stepped Out

This occurred twice within a two week period. Stepped out into the cold air approximately 15 minutes after waking. Had a cigarette. When I re-entered the home I was light headed, short of breath, broke out into a sweat, then felt faint. I put an ice pack on the back of my neck until I felt stable and then felt as if I would have a bout of diarrhea. I did not pass out.
