This Past Wed. Evening I Sustained Quite A Hard Blow

This past wed. evening I sustained quite a hard blow to the right side of my head. I got hit with the bottom jaw of my horses head. I received about a two inch slice on my head running front towards the back. The cut wasn't deep enough to need stitches, it just bled a lot. Up until today I haven't thought that I have had any symptoms of a concussion, the problem is that I also have a bad cold virus so that has made it difficult to decipher the two from each other. I am very tired and sleeping a lot. So let me tell you what I don't have. I have never had a headache, dizziness or feeling of being in fog. What I am experiencing today is, more pain where my head was hit, but wouldn't call it a headache, irritability, fatigue, and clumsiness. It is a little difficult to think or concentrate on any thing too long. I have been getting a lot rest, really not doing anything at all. I am trying to avoid going to the doctor because this virus is very contagious and although I don't get many colds this is probably the worse one I have ever had. It seems to effect the entire body. So after reading this back to myself I pretty much can guess what you are going to tell me. So go ahead.
