This Situation Has Only Happened With One Person, Who I

This situation has only happened with one person, who I just saw for the second time today. Prior to that it was 6 weeks ago. He is a 90 year old gentleman and a great guy. To me, he has the most horrible smell emanating from his body. It is a musky, purification kind of smell. I have never smelled anything like this before in my life. No one else can smell it. When he entered the room today, I knew it before I saw him. It makes me want to gag, and if I am near him, I almost throw up. Today I had to leave the luncheon area 3 times and breathe with my mouth open.
