This Started A Couple Of Weeks Ago With Pain In

This started a couple of weeks ago with pain in my wrist. There seemed to be a little knot on the left side of the wrist. I am now having severe pain in my elbow that is so bad I am nauseated from the pain. I have tried a heat patch with Voltaren Gel and Tramadol for pain with no relief. What should I do? See my regular doctor or an orthopedic dr?
