This Summer When Working In Yard I Became Overheated Now

This summer when working in yard I became overheated now i suffer from sweating, shortness of breath and tired all the time. some days I can hardly go. I am 64 years old and my husband has copd and is stage 3 I have to help him all the time also he has trouble with arms and legs.
