This Week I’ve Has A Sore Left Colon, Sore Joints,

This week I’ve has a sore left colon, sore joints, hyper-sensitive skin, fatigue, loss of appetite. I’ve had IBS since my twenties but 99% with diarrhea. I get the above week long situation about every 5-6 Year’s for the last 15 yrs. is this just IBS. I am a 71 yr old female. The only med I take is Zoloft for minor depression and anxiety. I eat a Mediterranean diet, sleep 9-10 hrs a night, drink 4ish glasses wine per night and walk 1 hr per day. Should I be worried?
