Thought I Might Have A Hamstring Issue But Not Sure

Thought I might have a hamstring issue but not sure - over extended leg and felt like rubber band broke from buttocks down entire leg to ankle last Thursday - iced, took ibuprofen, etc., still lots of pain mainly in buttocks. Is it something other than hamstring? Is there a buttocks muscle that could be injured?
