Thought My Mom Had A TIA But Both Her Legs

Thought my mom had a TIA but both her legs she could not move, got admitted said probably a small seizure due to a small brain bleed. Her leg just went numb again for a couple minutes and her opposite goin started hurting. 2.5 weeks ago emergent pacer put in had the groin pacer first. What is happening? weak legs as day goes on.
