Thought My Ph Was Off. Started Drinking Baking Soda Water

Thought my ph was off. Started drinking baking soda water 2 days ago and doing the baking soda soak tampoon. Now my period has come on early. Or so I thought. But no blood in my pad only slimmy blood when I pee and thick clots in the comode. What is going on? Not to mention I had urine like bowel movement last night
