Three Days Ago I Had Severe Pain On Right Side

Three days ago I had severe pain on right side of waist. Pain woke me several times during night and felt less pain if I lied on right side. Pain has been constant and is located on lower right back rib cage and muscle area there. Pain upon inhaling and generally sitting, standing or getting up from sitting position. Level 8 pain. Had kidney stone surgery 8 years ago but did not feel like this. Should I go to Urgent Care?
