Three Days Ago I Received A Rocephin Shot In My

Three days ago I received a Rocephin shot in my right hip but the nurse I noticed gave it to me up really high on my buttox, since then I've been having pain in this area and today it started running down my leg, tonight when I went to bed I could barely roll over, so now it's 2:00 am and I'm in so much pain like it's settled in my left buttox. And down my leg I can't sit without Agonizing pain,, ? Do you think she hit my Sciatic nerve, I'm about to die in pain
