Three Days Ago I Was Diagnosed With A Sinus Infection

Three days ago I was diagnosed with a sinus infection and put n antibiotics and tesslon pearls. I am still committing at night having trouble sleeping because of cough and now I feel like I have a mass in the back of my throat. What can I do to get some relief so I can Sleep?
