Three Days Ago Had Very Bad Stomach Pains Lasting Around

Three days ago had very bad stomach pains lasting around 13hours. Just had to walk around all night to try to get some comfort. Was also sick all the time. Following day pain subsided . Now just a dull pain. But I have no appetite whatsoever ever. Have to force a little coo down because ai am b
Diabetic. This has gone on for last 3 dYs. So now I M very weak. am taking parCetomol. To keep pain at bay. What do you think It could be?
