Three Hours Ago, I Accidentally Mixed Ammonia And Bleach By

Three hours ago, I accidentally mixed ammonia and bleach by unknowingly pouring bleach on a rag that I had used to clean up my dog's urine stains. It smoked and hot very hot, I coughed and cut the overhead bathroom vent on and got out then went back and ran water on the rag. I am still coughing a little, maybe a little edema? I sprayed the bathroom and surrounding area with water mist to try to dilute any remaining gas. Is there anything I should do?/be worried about?
