Three Months Ago I Had A Epidural Lumbar Injection Cortisone

Three months ago I had a epidural lumbar injection cortisone with lidocaine. Three weeks later I had trigger point injections for back pain and the about three weeks later another round of trigger point injections in shoulder. Could the be causing hair loss? It seems to be falling out much more than usual.
