Three Nights Ago I Was Punched In My Lower Left

Three nights ago I was punched in my lower left side of my back and the pain is excruciating it feels like my muscles are being ripped apart and that's when I move my legs either one I can't drive. I pretty much I have to stand still is it serious or is that part of the injury
