Three Years Ago My Two Toes On The Left Foot

Three years ago my two toes on the left foot started twitching every night when I sat down to rest. When I went to bed they continued twitching. About two years ago I went to a foot doctor about this problem. He operated, removing a benine tumor from one toe near the ball of the foot, thinking that this would stop the twitching, which did not help. I take 2 to 3 Tylenol tablets every night in order to get to sleep. Can you do anything to help?
