Threw Up A Black Worm Just A Few Minutes Ago,

Threw up a black worm just a few minutes ago, it's about 3 inches. I had fries and an Oreo blizzard before feeling nauseous and eventually vomitting. My diet for the past 24 hours has included a junior bacon cheeseburger, chicken nuggets, waffle and eggs. Please help!
