Through A Preventive Health Check Up I Have Been Diagnosed

Through a Preventive Health Check up I have been diagnosed with Prostate is enlarged and weight measures 30 gm- Grade 1 prostatomegaly. Right now I do not face any urinary problem and my urine sample test was normal- no blood, pus, cyst, crystals etc. I do not get up during the night for urine.

I take lot of water, lemon and honey in the morning followed by good walk. I am 68 years old,male, with none of BP/ diabetes or other symptoms. Please advise.
