Through This Year I'm Having Extreme Pain From Both Sides

Through this year I'm having extreme pain from both sides of my groin area to just below on my upper legs. The pain has gotten worse as the months passed. I don't have any clue what it could be. It doesn't matter if I'm sitting down, standing, walking, riding my horse, or just sleeping. I had back surgery in 2012 and still have lower back pain; do you think this stems from that?
