Throughout The Cold I Recently Had My Ears Were Blocked.

Throughout the cold I recently had my ears were blocked. However, now I have what I think is autophony in one ear constantly (has lasted for nearly a week now). Also whenever I play football, my ears seem to go funny and I feel as though sniffing through my nose relieves them. I've only had pain associated with this for one day where I tried to pop my ear.
