Throughout The Day I Get Foam In My Throat, Hard

Throughout the day I get foam in my throat, hard to swallow, almost feels like post nasal drip, it's always white. It does not feel nor taste acidic. I do not get heartburn, chest pains, coughing,if anything I feel bloated and burp slightly frequent. My ENT did prescribe me omeprazole but that seems to not change anything.
