Thursday Night I Came Down With A Very Bad Sore

Thursday night I came down with a very bad sore throat, burning hurt and into my upper chest. Friday woke up with laryngitis, aches, fever 99.8. Did not sleep well Thursday or Friday night. Saturday woke up congested and wheezing upper chest, fever 99.8 Very fatiqued, coughing that hurts my throat and chest. Sunday slightly better but hoarse, wheezy still and congested. Throat not sore any more. Do I have a bad cold or flu?
