Thyroid In Pregnancy Female, 32 My TSH Was Detected High

My TSH was detected high in September,15. I was advised by the doctor to start thyronorm 50mcg and in Jan the dosage was reduced to 37.5 mcg. In Feb my TSH was 1.7. I conceived in Jan andwhen I checked my TSH in March it was 10.7. I had increased dose to 75mcg. Current TSH is 4.4 and T4 is 13.9. Please suggest what to do. I am currently 15 weeks pregnant
