Tic Bite On Left Thigh In Beijing China In August

Tic bite on left thigh in Beijing china in August 2016. I have two artificial knees and an artificial right hip. Last Tuesday Dec 13 evening stood up from a sitting position in a chair and had this shooting pain in my right hip pain value 10+. I thought possibly my hip was out of joint. Went to hospital at 5:30 am x-rays showed hip was in proper position. Still major pain. Pain subsided and was scheduled to go home today Dec 19. I woke up Sunday night with my left knee swelled and major pain 10+. could this be a tic bite problem? Thanks so much.
