Tingling Towards End Of Peeing. No Pains Down There. Abdominal

Tingling towards end of peeing. No pains down there. Abdominal pains and headaches a lot. No idea what's wrong. Went to ER over a month and was told I had a uti and yeast infection. The pain I had then went and so did the swollen. But the tingling came back now. Any ideas what's wrong. My periods are not the same. Been having more brown blood than red. And it barely last 4days.
