To briefly state my condition, I have been on Soc. Sec. Disab. since a car accident and brain surgery failure 20 years ago. I have been seizuring since, though my condition is 90% better now. I was having over 30 seizures/month. My question is what would you recommend my maximum dosage of Vimpat should be? My previous UofM Neurologist said 600mg/day for anyone; my Spectrum neurologist said 850mg/day for me; and my latest doctor at St. Marys says 700mg/day. I've been told that overdosing can have make my condition worse. I left Spectrum because my condition got 500% worse than at UofM in 2015.
