Today I Am Experiencing An Occasional And Frequent Sharp Pain

Today I am experiencing an occasional and frequent sharp pain for a second or so on the right/front of my neck (approx. 1 inch to the right of center). It occurs at random times and also I can trigger it by moving my right arm in a specific way. I have no other symptoms and it was not injury related. It feels to me like a vein is partially clogged or being squeezed/pinched somehow. The sharp pain occurred much less frequently (1-2 month) in the past.
