Today I Drank A Lot Of Water. And I Don't

Today I drank a lot of water. And I don't know why, but every time I took a sip my brain freezed really softly and now I have this weird feeling in my throat, like every time I swallow something it feels like something is moving, right behind my tongue. What going on?!?!
