Today I Fainted In An Airplane Bathroom. The Was Some

Today I fainted in an airplane bathroom. The was some turbulence and I was a little nauseous but no other symptoms. I do faint every time I bump a joint hard or when I throw up, but this is the first time there was no real trigger. Now I am very nervous to fly as I woke up in a tight bathroom after hitting my head. Any ideas?
