Today I Felt A Lot Of Discharge Come Out My

Today I felt a lot of discharge come out my vagina so I went to the bathroom to wipe and when I did I saw like a nickel size amount of blood.. This has happened before and if it helps any, I got off my period like 1 week ago.. So I'm not getting it any time soon. I'm concern id really appreciate some help or advice.
