Today I Got A Sharp Dull Pain In My Lower

Today I got a sharp dull pain in my lower left abdomen almost like an ovarian cyst. I have had spells today where I getting lightheaded really shaky and my heart beats fast. Then I have to have a bowel movement. It's not hard, it's quite soft. I took my pulse and it was 102. I have anxiety and I'm 19. I'm also on the depo shot
