Today I Got An Antibiotic Shot And Fainted Immediately After

Today I got an antibiotic shot and fainted immediately after medicine was almost finished being pushed in. Not an allergic reaction. Syringe was full of medicine and all was pushed in after about 30 second. I'm 41 and have never fainted before. Why did this happen?
