Today I Got In Injection Of Diprofos In My Right

Today I got in injection of Diprofos in my right elbow to treat Tennis Elbow. Unfortunately when I searched in the internet, I found that this bad and will make my elbow worse in the future. I would like to know if this information is correct and this single shot will affect my elbow. My age is 54.
