Today I Got My Result For Chest P/A View And

Today I got my result for chest P/A view and 2 days sputum test result. The Impression from the xray is "Inflammatory lung lesion in left mid zone." And first sputum shows "Occasional AFB seen". But 2nd sputum report shows "AFB NOT FOUND. Smear showed several pus cells". These test are performed after taking 10 days of antibiotics. I don't have blood in my sputum but 13 days ago I had some blood in my sputum but that was for that evening only. What should I do?
