Today I Had A Transvaginal Ultrasound Due To Years Of

Today I had a Transvaginal Ultrasound due to years of LLQ pain. I am 45 years old and had a partial hysterectomy when I was 32 due to endometriosis and consistent bleeding (to the point of transfusion). My results today state "Right ovary measures 3.2 x 4.0 x 3.2 cm. There is a 2.6 x 2.6 x 2.5 cm cyst with thin peripheral septation. Adjacent smaller cysts also present. Arterial and venous flow present. The left ovary is not seen." Can you please tell me what this means if anything and why was my left ovary not visible?
