Today I Had An Incident In Which Has Got Me

Today I had an incident in which has got me gravely concerned. Tightness in chest gasping for breath, felt like someone sitting on my chest, couldn't get deep breath, dizziness, fatigue...Had to go lay down, headache, eyes seeing strange lights and fluttering..took my heart at that time it was 81 now that i am feeling better it's at 93 did I just have a mild heart attack?
