Today I Have Black Stools. I Have A Bad Gall

Today I have black stools. I have a bad gall bladder with one stone and my doctor said the lining is still soft so won't schedule surgery. I watch my fat intake carefully.

I have Type 2 diabetes and take 2 pills daily. Yesterday and today I have been light headed and very sleepy. Should I up my pills to 4 today? I have no pain anywhere.
