Today I Have Bought A New Medicine "Navidoxine " .This

Today I have bought a new medicine "Navidoxine " .This medicine is for stopping vompting during pregnancy. But I don't know how much should I consume it in a single day.Before this I was using another medicine with same purpose as prescribed by doctor.But right now I m in ksa so I have no idea how many should I take in one day.
