Today I Have Had Two Episodes Of What I Think

Today I have had two episodes of what I think is vertigo. Never had anything like this before. Upon arising from bed this morning and from chair later today, seemed like room was moving. Both times, I had moved position of head before rising. Rolled over in bed and just moved head when rising from chair
