Today I Noticed An Annoying Feeling On The Surface Of

Today I noticed an annoying feeling on the surface of my nose. Its almost like a electrical buzz or slight tingly feeling. This sensation occurs every 4 seconds and is only on the top left of my nose. Its been a few hours and it has not stopped. I frequently visit the chiropractor for adjustments. Could this have cause it? If not what?
