Today I Snored A Line Of Meth Few Hours Later

Today I snored a line of meth few hours later did a smaller line...then a bigger then half of one. A few hours later I smoked a little...went to the store and.when I came home I was thirsty and drank Powerade quickly..not long after I began vomiting all the.food from the previous day, and stomach acid..and white foam...what can I do to stop it? I am never doing this again but I can't stay up all night throwing up. Its bewn three hours since I started. It's on and off but it burns my throat
