Today I Started Having Pain Where The G Spot Is

Today I started having pain where the g spot is and I looked and it looks like it's solid not loose skin. I touched it and it is painful like I want to cry. I am on my cycle and when I walk it touches my pad and is so painful. I haven't had sex so it's not that. I am worried if I need to go have it lacerated? I have never experienced this before. I am not sure if the pad could irritate to do this?
