Today I Started Smelling Fruity Smell For No Reason, No

Today I started smelling fruity smell for no reason, no one else smells it but me. It's been happening off and on all day. I cleaned my nostrils with alcohol but it came back, for the past couple of weeks I've been having temple headaches. I have asthma and take Breo daily. Should I be concerned? I am a 61 years old female.
